We are committed for continuous improvement in the quality system. We endeavor for customer satisfaction by providing quality product through on time delivery, control on raw material consumption & trained motivated employees at all level.

We actively work with our raw material suppliers to improve the quality of our inputs. We also work with leading rolling mill consultants and suppliers to adopt the latest technologies and methods of producing steel. Our in-house R&D team consists of highly qualified engineers and technicians continuously working to innovate and develop new products. Our quality control staff and high-tech laboratory testing ensures that each lot of steel supplied conforms to the highest quality. In fact, we supply a test certificate with every truck mentioning the chemical and physical properties of our products.

We periodically carry out testing of our competitor’s products and we have found that indeed “Friends Steel” has the best quality available in the market. Above all we are constantly interacting with our customers to understand their changing requirements and be ahead of the competition in not only meeting but exceeding our customers expectations.

We are currently working on new grades of steel which will have even more strength, higher resistance to corrosion and earthquake, better bonding with cement and other desired properties.
